- Applications — Technicians can withdraw a pending application anytime before the company decides. No penalty.

How do I add a technician to my team?

From your technician dashboard, open Manage Profiles and click Add technician.

Fill in that technician's name, photo, skills, machine types, brands, and bio, the same way you'd set up any profile. The new profile is created under your account and shares your connected Stripe account for payouts.

New profiles start unverified. Before that technician can accept bookings, upload their verification documents and insurance for that specific profile. Your own primary profile keeps its Stripe-verified identity.

How do payouts work across my team?

All of your technician profiles pay out to the one Stripe account connected to your account. It doesn't matter which profile did the work, the funds fan in to the same place.

- Each profile's earnings (approved hours plus approved expenses) are settled per mission, exactly like a single-profile technician.
- Every payout lands in your single Stripe Express account.
- You keep 100% of each quoted rate. The platform fee is paid by the company on top.

Because there's one payout account, make sure its default currency suits the missions your team takes on, or Stripe may apply conversion fees.

Does each team profile need its own verification?

Yes. Verification is per profile, not per account.

- Your primary profile carries the Stripe identity (KYC) for the shared payout account, so its name is locked to your Stripe-verified identity.
- Each added technician starts unverified. Before that profile can accept bookings, upload its own verification documents, and if a mission requires insurance, that profile needs its own insurance on file too.

This keeps every technician on your team individually accountable, which is exactly what companies expect to see before hiring.

How do companies know a profile is part of a team?

It's shown openly. On a public technician profile that belongs to a team, FindFST displays a line like "Member of [manager]'s team on FindFST," and companies can expand it to see the other profiles on that account.
