AI-Powered Assistant (Chatbot)
Nature of the Service
FindFST includes an AI-powered assistant ("Chatbot") designed to help Users navigate the platform, answer common questions, and provide general guidance about FindFST features and workflows. The Chatbot uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology, including third-party large language models, to generate responses dynamically based on the User's query and account context.
Third-Party AI Processing
To provide this service, User queries and limited account context (such as role, profile status, and active mission information) are transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. No sensitive financial data (such as bank details or payment card numbers) is transmitted to AI providers. By using the Chatbot, the User acknowledges and consents to this data processing.
Limitations and Disclaimer
The Chatbot is provided for general informational and navigational purposes only. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or errors. The Chatbot does not constitute and shall not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, tax, or technical advice. Users should independently verify any information provided by the Chatbot before making decisions or taking actions based on it.
FindFST makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any Chatbot responses. The Chatbot may not always reflect the most current platform features, policies, or pricing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, losses, or costs arising from or related to:
- Any decisions or actions taken by Users based on information provided by the Chatbot;
- Any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in Chatbot responses;
- Any reliance on Chatbot responses as a substitute for professional advice;
- Any interruption or unavailability of the Chatbot service.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability and accuracy of any information provided by the Chatbot. For specific inquiries regarding payments, disputes, account issues, or any matter requiring human review, Users are encouraged to contact our support team directly.
Data and Privacy
The processing of personal data in connection with the Chatbot is governed by FindFST's Privacy Policy. Chatbot conversations are not stored permanently and are subject to rate limits and usage restrictions. Users should not share sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial account details, or identity documents) through the Chatbot.
