FST Manager
If you run a crew of field service technicians, you should not have to juggle a separate account for each of them. Hold up to ten technician profiles under one login, verify them once, and choose exactly who goes to each mission.
Run your field service technician team on FindFST. No agency layers, just a flat 6% platform fee, and your technicians keep 100% of their rate.
Each technician gets a real, public profile with their own name, location, skills and reputation. You see all of them in one list, with verification status, skills and earnings to date.
Switch between profiles to act as any member of your team, without logging out and back in.

Every technician on the team is verified individually with their own identity document, so companies know the person they are hiring has been checked rather than simply vouched for.
Liability insurance is held at account level. If your policy already covers the team, link the existing approved policy to a new profile instead of uploading the same certificate again.

Applying to a mission starts with choosing which of your technicians goes. Unverified profiles are shown but cannot be selected, so you never commit somebody who would fail the requirements.
Plans change, so a live booking can be reassigned to another profile on your team with the company's approval. The quote, the price and the payment stay exactly as agreed.

Whichever technician worked the mission, the settlement arrives in one place. Quote hourly against estimated hours, or a single fixed price for the whole mission, and see the arithmetic before you send it.
Earnings are still attributed per profile, so you can see which technicians are generating what.

The platform fee is 6% in total: 3% payment processing and 3% platform. It is charged to the company on top of your quote, so your technicians keep 100% of the rate they quote. There is no per-seat charge for adding somebody to your team, and no cost for holding multiple profiles.
The traditional route puts agency layers between you and the end client, and those margins are typically charged per technician, per hour, so they grow with the size of your crew and the length of the engagement. Recruitment and contractor agency margins are commonly reported in the industrial staffing market somewhere in the 25% to 50% range, though this varies by country and contract. A flat 6% behaves the same whether you run one technician or ten.
Up to ten technician profiles on one account, including your own. Your profile must be complete and your payout account set up before you can add anybody, because team members share it.
Yes. Each profile needs its own identity document reviewed before it can work missions. Insurance is different: it is held at account level and linked to each profile, so a firm-wide policy does not need re-uploading per person.
Yes, and that is deliberate. A profile shows that it belongs to your team, and companies can expand the roster to see your other technicians. In practice it helps, because a company that had a good mission with one of your people can see the depth behind them.
You can request that the booking be reassigned to another profile on your team. The company must approve it, and if they do, only the assignment changes. Hours already logged stay attributed to the technician who worked them.
Add your technicians, verify them once, and start applying to industrial missions across Europe and beyond.
