It Started in the Field

I've been an FST for over 10 years, working at a large OEM. The time and experience have been brilliant, but I always wanted to be in control of my own schedule, hotels and flights.

At hundreds of factories, countless managers asked me

"Can we book you directly next time?"

There was no platform that could handle the mission posting, timesheets, invoicing and reports, so I built it.

I saw the final invoice to the company, and I was getting a fraction of it. I had to wake up early for 6am flights, stay in budget hotels and be back in the office after the mission. I needed a change.
