Brückner extruder regulation troubleshooting and encoder replacement

- Troubleshot speed regulation fault on Brückner extrusion line 7 extruder drive encoder. - Measured initial encoder output on oscilloscope on 27 October 26, identifying severe noise across four channels with a 125.2 us period. - Machined the mounting flange adapter on 28 October 26 to achieve correct fitment for the replacement unit. - Installed and secured the replacement Kübler rotary encoder assembly onto the modified mounting flange. - Verified signal waveforms on oscilloscope showing clean square wave pulses across four channels with a 181.9 us period during production. - Confirmed proper drive regulation and left extrusion line 7 fully running in production.
