Brückner extruder requires overhaul and upgrade works on site. Work includes addressing machine guarding and enclosure penetrations where cut openings around cable trays require proper covering.
- Inspect mechanical drive and hydraulic subsystems for overhaul
- Fabricate or install protective covers over oversized cut openings around cable tray routing
- Verify machine guarding compliance around moving parts and hydraulic pressure lines
- Carry out upgrade and refurbishment tasks across the processing unit
