ADM Coffee Packaging Line Installation, Tottenham

Experienced packaging machinery engineer required to lead the installation of an ADM DP3 coffee packaging line at a new coffee roasting facility in Tottenham. Scope includes unpacking machinery, fitting feet and castors, mechanical assembly, positioning and alignment, mounting the hopper and weigher above the packing machine, fitting filter regulator units and connecting to the prepared compressed air supply. Electrical work includes fitting appropriate plug tops and testing voltage to the machine isolators. Machinery must not be energised or operated. ADM will undertake final reassembly, commissioning and training separately. Installation is expected to take up to two days. Forklift and operator will be arranged separately by Packserve. We are looking for an experienced packaging machinery installation engineer with good mechanical and electrical capability. Experience with weighing and pouch packaging equipment would be useful.
