Electrical cabinet maintenance for Bruckner Extrusion BOPP

This mission involves electrical cabinet maintenance for a Brückner Extruder in a plastics extrusion facility. The current electrical cabinet, shown in Photo 1, is experiencing frequent faults and requires component replacement. The photo shows a Schneider Altivar 61 variable frequency drive, various contactors, relays, and terminal blocks within the cabinet. The scope of work includes diagnosing the frequent faults, identifying specific components for replacement, and performing the necessary electrical maintenance to restore reliable operation. The machine will be available for service between July 12, 2026, and July 30, 2026. Plan for an estimated duration of 56 hours to complete the work.
