This mission involves motor replacement on a Brückner Extruder, part of an extrusion line. The existing motors have been removed. The task requires installing new motors, which will be provided on site, and then performing functional testing of the system.
Photo 1 shows two Grundfos CRN 32-5 A-FGJ-G-V-HQQV pump assemblies, one with a Grundfos motor and the other with a SuperPump motor, both appear to be removed from service and are sitting on a wooden pallet. The new motors will need to be integrated with these pump units or similar units on the extruder.
The machine is available for service between July 19 and July 30, 2026. Plan for an estimated duration of 16 hours to complete the motor installation and testing. LOTO certification is required for site access.
