I am a reliable, hardworking and qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong mechanical background and experience across industrial manufacturing, automated production environments and safety-critical heavy engineering.
My experience includes working with ZND UK, Alstom and Yellow Rail, developing practical expertise in:
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown maintenance
* Mechanical and electrical fault finding and troubleshooting
* Industrial machinery, automated production lines and robotic systems
* KUKA robotic welding and material-handling cells
* Heavy-duty mechanical maintenance, engines, transmissions, wheelsets and couplers
* Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement
* Hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems
* Safe isolation, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and working in safety-critical environments
Qualifications & Certifications:
* NVQ Level 3 – Engineering Maintenance (Mechanical)
* City & Guilds – Mechanical to Electrical Conversion
