On-site mechanical repair required for a single-loading rotary rack bakery oven. The rack bearing assembly has failed and worn out, preventing the rack from loading, and the drive shaft requires tapering and modification.
- Replace worn rack bearing assembly within the oven housing
- Modify and taper the existing drive shaft
- Address circular scoring and wear visible on the mounting plate and oven panel
- Specialist required with urgent parts sourcing or stock access to avoid shipping delays from Portugal
- Work window scheduled between 04 November 26 and 06 November 26, estimated at 8 hours
